Meet Arty

Arty has spent his adult life studying building sciences and utilizing those skills on and off job sites, helping clients discover potential issues with their existing homes and homes they are wishing to buy in the future.
Arty has worked in carpentry, weatherproofing, exterior finishing and restorations since 2006. With over 15+ years experience in building homes, Arty has an extensive knowledge on how a home should work as a system.

Homes
From Big homes to small homes, modern homes to century homes; we inspect them all.
WETT
Fire places, wood stoves and their chimneys usually require a WETT inspection for insurance.
Septic
We go above and beyond by including with each home inspection a Septic Flow Test.
HOW WE’RE DIFFERENT.
The Process.
During our inspections we test every system and inspect every component in the home. From the plumbing to insulation, roof to foundation, nothing will be overlooked. We use state of the art Thermal Imaging equipment on Every inspection to identify any possible leaks or insulation issues. Our drones do not miss anything.
The Report.
Once the inspection is completed we guarantee our reports within 24 hours. We use the best and most accredited report writing software “Horizon”. The report explains any issues found, the severity and implications, and our professional opinion on what must be done to correct the issues.

WE INSPECT.
We’re there to gather as much information about the home and property as possible. We then put together a comprehensive report which includes photos, description of any and all issues, and our professional recommendations.
LET’S REVIEW.
Once the home inspection is complete we like to review our findings with you in person at the home. You will then receive a report within 24hours of the end of the inspection which include photos, descriptions and recommendations of all issues we find
